CORTICAL AND WHITE MATTER ANATOMY

Professor Guilherme RibasSao Paulo, Mr George Samandouras, London and Dr Chris Kousarnakis, Athens, will discuss surface and deep brain anatomy based on original brain specimens with an emphasis on functional mapping

TRACTOGRAPHY AND FUNCTIONAL IMAGING

Dr Michel ThiebauParis, will discuss the use of DTI methods in the study of brain connectivity and language networks 

LANGUAGE AND COGNITION​​

Professor Cathy Price, London, will analyse original data from cortical maps of language. Professor Anthony Dick, Miami, will present consensus and controversies on language theories and challenge traditional brain maps.  

MOVEMENT AND VISION 

Professor Roger Lemon, London, will discuss his research data on human movement. Mr Fion Bremner, London, will show clinical methods in testing the visual system.   

TECHNOLOGIES AND IMAGING

Mr Andrew Mcevoy, London, and Mr Kevin O'Neil, London will discuss advanced technologies in surgery and Professor Sotirios Bisdas, London, will present uses and limitations of multiparametric imaging.
